Due to our products being made with natural ingredients, returns are not accepted. However, if a product is damaged during transit with thorough proof submitted store credit may be issued to replace the item. (case by case basis).
In the event that your package is damaged proof needs to be submitted in 24 hrs of delivery in order to receive store credit.
To be eligible for a replacement item or refund, proof must be sent that the item is damaged or packaging of product is defective. This will include detailed picture of the ENTIRE item. To have your items covered with protection, please select priority shipping at checkout because it includes insurance up to $100.
An email can be sent at any time, so weekend receipt of products is not an excuse to not contact.
Fraudulent Chargebacks: Occasionally, we will have a customer who ordered, receives their order, and then attempts to get their money back through fraud by filing a dispute with their bank. This is not tolerated under any circumstances. NOT ONLY will you be banned from ever placing another order from our store, but we will take legal action against you if necessary. Do not order from our shop under the intent to commit fraud. We keep proof of orders, deliveries, and emails. Chargebacks take time to resolve and business owners can lose out on hard earned money and products in the process.
